MagicMêlée.com

Gamerati? You may want to know that in 1996 I won the GDC for presenting game of the year: Connect4.com. I was actually the first one to completely solve that game. Unfortunately, I lost the source code some damn where. This was back when grand child pruning of the Alpha-Beta Minimax tree was being figured out. Once in a while, take a 'random' look. Focus. Walk to that point. Tiny goal, but easily accomplished sometimes. This is called a REACH move. Might be a winner, might be a loser but by then you'll know. Backtrack to beginning of the reach. What do you know now? Answer to question. Going to make that happen again? Just might. You are welcome! 10K classic hand-coded in assembly language. TINY dot COM. Source code took years to write while I was incarcerated at the Lebanon Correctional Facility... Yup, they thought they needed to correct me for trying to borrow some food from my downstairs neighbor. What can I say? Hunger is a powerful force. Pardon me, of course, I've made some mistakes in my life, but why do the smallest ones continue to haunt me everyday. It's called photographic memory. Pressure me and I might mix up the order of the events in telling of the story. But's the facts are there somewhere. Totally painful to me when I am challenged.

Magic Mêlée™ is a new card game that's been in development for over 5 years. Play is similar in some ways to Magic: The Gathering®, but we think Magic Mêlée™ is better and hope you will too.

NCsoft, Inc. and other video game companies are hereby warned: You can't touch MegaMagic.EXE™'s AI. Perhaps consider producing other products besides mindless entertainment soon? Key clue to Info-Zip: Thanks for crc_i386.c. Now we know how to address MD5's collision problem. Run a Cyclic Redundancy Check on the MD5 and catalog the 32-bit answer. If the check points to a well known collision, revise content, recalculate an MD5 and try again. You could hash the CRC's... Revision is not necessary very often.

Magic Melee Artist Contract(s) to be signed soon

At Freelanced.com, Magic Mêlée™ generated quite a bit of interest and inquiries when we announced we were looking for a digital Fantasy Artist. Decision is not final, but we have too many qualified applicants willing to do the work at reasonable terms. Applications are no longer being accepted. I am going to have fun over the next few months working with the talented people. And you, dear reader, will have one heck of a Christmas rumble when you break out your new deck.

Take a look at my profile at Freelanced/GeraldLindsly to check up on those Artists that I gave Kudos. Not all applicants came from Freelanced.com, however.

Excuse me while I digress

The worst thing about Google Search is that sometimes established .coms, .orgs, or .nets don't come up at the top or even on the first page. It would be better to give me a site named by my search phrase right away. A search for 'Magic Melee' turns up lots of cool stuff, but MagicMelee.com does not come up on the first 20 pages. Hardly any of those links would tell me what 'magic melee' means. I mean what else would MagicMelee.com be besides Magic Mêlée™ ?? --gerald

Oops, sorry about that Google. I appreciate project approval overnight. Send me a few mistaken clicks, ok? - G Whiz... (pout)... ;) hehe... cracked ya up with that one!
