Windows Template Library (WTL) is a C++ library for developing Windows applications and UI components. It extends ATL (Active Template Library) and provides a set of classes for controls, dialogs, frame windows, GDI objects, and more.
This page is a collection of links to WTL resources. Unfortunately, this wonderful extension to ATL is not officially supported by Microsoft and there's a number of broken links on many of the pages I have found while looking for more information.
